Educational Quality Assurance Specialist

I have spent the past 21 years dedicated to the field of Early Childhood Education, serving in a variety of teaching, leadership, and quality-focused roles. As Kinderberry Hill’s Educational Quality Assurance Specialist, I am passionate about supporting schools, leaders, and educators in their journey toward excellence. I work alongside Kinderberry teams to maintain high standards through NAEYC accreditation and the Parent Aware quality rating process.

One of the aspects of my work I value most is the opportunity to partner directly with school leaders and teaching teams. Whether I am coaching educators, supporting accreditation efforts, providing resources, or helping schools navigate quality improvement plans, my goal is always to make the process meaningful, collaborative, and achievable. I believe that high-quality early childhood education begins with strong relationships. I am committed to empowering educators to create environments where children, families, and teachers can thrive.

Outside of my professional role, I live in Albertville, Minnesota, with my husband, Ross, and our two daughters, Charlotte (10) and Olivia (5). As both an early childhood professional and a parent, I understand the importance of creating safe, connected, and enriching environments where children feel valued, seen, and inspired to learn.
