Director of Licensing & School Support

Heidi Olson has been a proud part of the Kinderberry Hill community for more than 30 years. Throughout her career, she has held leadership roles across the organization, including serving as Executive Program Director at both our Edina and Eden Prairie schools. Her many years working closely with children, families, and educators have shaped her deep commitment to creating exceptional early childhood experiences.

Heidi believes one of the greatest gifts we can give families is peace of mind—knowing their children are safe, nurtured, and receiving the very best care each day. In her current role as Director of Licensing and School Support, she has the privilege of partnering closely with school leaders to support environments that provide the highest quality of care while meeting—and often exceeding—Minnesota licensing standards.

After more than three decades in early childhood education, Heidi continues to be inspired by Kinderberry Hill’s mission and the commitment to always doing what is best for children.
