Katie has been a dedicated member of Kinderberry Hill for over 15 years. She spent the first 12 years as a toddler teacher at KBH Roseville. In 2022, Katie took on the role of our Kinderberry Hill Conscious Discipline Coordinator. As a trained Conscious Discipline leader, she leads our schools, classrooms, and teachers in implementing the Conscious Discipline approach to behavior management through coaching and professional development. She guides Conscious Discipline training across our schools and serves as a trusted resource for teachers as they navigate challenging behaviors and foster positive, supportive classroom environments. Katie is a familiar and friendly face in our schools, always guiding classrooms to support children with challenging behaviors in the best possible way through creating connection.
